RON COLE

Partner & Director

Ron has over 35 years’ experience in the banking and finance industry and has operated his own business as a Licensed Finance Broker since 1997.

As a senior manager with a major Australian bank, he was responsible for a substantial central business district commercial lending portfolio. His expertise extends from simple home loan purchases and working capital finance through to major central business district property refurbishments and other property development deals with substantial financing requirements.

He also provides consultancy strategies for businesses ranging from assistance with improving profitability via internal management and financing options,  assisting with banking negotiations to obtain the most cost effective financing package, and cash flow and budget preparation for the purpose of business management and to meet lender requirements.

Ron has built an extensive lender network of senior banking personnel and has access to senior decision makers to achieve prompt and effective outcomes across the complete range of financing options

KEVIN FULLER

Partner & Director

Kevin is an experienced financier with strong skills in credit assessment, marketing, business and personal financial analysis and strategy implementation, business financial workouts, banking intermediary, administrator management and client relationship building.

Over 30 years’ experience, including in senior management positions, in the retail, commercial and international banking sectors, and 12 years operating a private finance broking and financial consultancy business, have enabled him to accumulate sound knowledge and understanding of businesses across many industry types. 

These include property investment and development, manufacturing, wholesaling and retailing, medical and dental practices, engineering, fishing, tourism, primary production, particularly fruit & vegetables, service industries, importing and exporting.

Whilst Kevin possesses this vast field of expertise he is also available to assist in designing and then establishing your personal financing requirements.

He has many contacts throughout the finance industry and will ensure that your business or personal financial arrangements are established to suit you to the best advantage.
