the
silver
sands
of
the
Indian
Ocean.
Our
sunsets
are
exquisite!
A
five
minute
drive
will
take
you
to
the
heart
of
Mandurah,
a
water
wonderland
visited
year
round
by
day
trippers
and
holiday
makers
alike.
Mandurah,
one
of
the
fastest
growing
centres
in
Australia,
is
home
to
activities
such
as
surfing,
swimming,
fishing,
crabbing,
boating,
dolphin
and
pelican
watching.
Enjoy
a
leisurely
breakfast
every
morning.
Our
menu
offers
fruit,
juice,
and
a
range
of
cereals
including
our
own
muesli,
yoghurt
and
porridge
in
the
winter
months.
This
is
followed
by
cooked
delights
from
our
kitchen,
which
is
different
each
day,
such
as
an
egg
dish
e.g.
eggs
Lorraine
or
cheese
fondue
etc,
cinnamon
toast
or
French
toast
along
with
hot
coffee,
tea
or
hot
chocolate.
We
are
more
than
happy
to
accommodate
special
dietary
needs
with
advance
notice.
A
gas
barbecue
is
also
available
for
use
during
your
stay
we
can
supply
BBQ
packs
for
those
balmy
nights
or
a
picnic
pack
for
the
more
adventurous.
We
can
offer
bookings
to
all
local
restaurants.
At
Silver
Sands
Retreat
we
provide
two
accommodation
styles.
The
Waterfront
Suite
offers
a
queen
size
bed
and
is
facing
the
ocean.
It
has
an
adjoining
ensuite
with
a
private
balcony
and
entrance.
The
Leeward
Lair
offers
a
queen
size
bed,
a
bathroom
in
close
proximity
and
a
front
balcony.
Both
rooms
are
furnished
exquisitely
to
help
you
relax
and
enjoy
your
stay.
Our
retreat
has
a
smoke-free
interior
environment.
However
smoking
is
permitted
on
the
outside
balconies
and
grounds.
As
we
only
have
two
suites
available,
cancellations
or
changes
in
your
plans
can
have
a
significant
effect.
Please
let
us
know
about
any
changes
in
your
plans
at
least
7
days
in
advance.
If
you
need
to
change
the
night
or
nights
you
stay
we
will
try
and
accommodate
you.
If
you
have
reservations
for
more
than
one
night
and
you
do
not
show
or
call,
all
nights
you
have
not
prepaid
for
will
be
cancelled.
LEISURE
DECK
You
can
enjoy
a
relaxing
gym
session
on
the
enclosed
Leisure
Deck
which
includes
a
heated
spa,
sauna
and
deluxe
treadmill.
